packaging printing and production

packaging – what is that?

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. (H. Jackson-Brown). Gone are the days of boring product packaging! The first impression takes only seven seconds, including the impression made by the product packaging. During this time, you must catch and hold the customer’s attention and create a correct image of your company and product, its quality and characteristics. Packaging can be a customer’s first contact with a brand.

Packaging with thoughtful design affects customers at a subconscious level, creating a psychological connection and such emotions as joy, excitement, pleasant excitement. Convincing the customer that this purchase will really be the right one. In order to maintain recognition, the following 3 elements must be taken into account, as they will significantly affect the design of the package:

  • which is the product that will be in the package
  • who will be the customer, the target audience
  • how the customer will receive this product – in a store, on the internet, with home delivery

There can also be exclusive packaging that customers use for gift packaging – cardboard, veneer and wooden boxes with magnets, filling, inserts, ribbons, handles and other design elements. The most suitable for ecological solutions are stained wooden or veneer boxes.

packaging – comments, tips and recommendations

To make it easier for you to make and print packaging, we have collected answers to the most popular questions, as well as prepared some professional recommendations:

  • if the packaging is intended for a product intended for sale, it directly affects the final price of the product itself. It is very important to understand the maximum price for one packaging unit that would be economically justified for the specific product before proceeding with packaging production. Knowing the budget makes it possible to quickly understand the type of packaging that can be produced within that budget
  • the most time-consuming process in the production of individual packaging is the development of its idea and design and the production of unprinted samples in order to arrive at the most optimal technical solution for the specific product
  • design development is the next important step, because it is the packaging design that will determine how noticeable your product will be on store shelves and in advertising materials
